Lewis, a young amateur theater director, is offered a job with a governmental program for the rehabilitation of mentally ill patients in a Sydney institution. His project is overrun by one of the patients, who wants to stage the opera Cosi Fan Tutte by Mozart, despite the fact that none of the patients can sing or speak Italian. A comedy of errors ensues, but one which unifies the patients and their director in unexpected ways.

I mean it was a nice feel-good movie the whole plot was fun, I just didn’t like how unrealistic it got at some parts, like the extent to which they were able to secretly basically build a theatre. Also all of the romance plots really threw me off and at no point was I rooting for any of the relationships. Overall I loved all of the patients’ characters they were really down to earth and I liked the representation and variety they offered.

Also I hate to say it but this just might be the worst movie poster I have ever seen

I wish the romance was a bit more developed but then again that’s coming from someone who thirst-watched this for Ben Mendelsohn.
