couldn’t stand the italian dubbing. i’ve got a full understanding of the classic spaghetti western style where they used english-speaking actors and then dub it for italian audiences, but i feel that for example the good the bad and the ugly would not have been the same film if the words that came out of clint eastwood’s mouth were in a different voice and didn’t match the moving of his lips.
but i won’t let this overshadow that this was a great film nonetheless. the ending is perfect and i was very satisfied in the way it concluded. klaus kinski was a huge standout (although i wanted to hear his real voice pretty bad😡)
