Alors je ne connais pas du tout la bataille de Kerzhenets mais j'ai pas eu l'impression que ça racontait vraiment une histoire (juste y'a la vierge ensuite y'a la guerre et c'est horrible et ensuite y'a la paix et c'est bien), pour moi c'est juste une succession de tableaux qui jouent avec de l'art médiéval et j'adore l'art médiéval et j'adore l'animation alors ça me plait beaucoup, j'aime bien cet effet pantin que ça donne à leurs mouvement, y'a plein d'idées d'animation très cool et ça rend super bien. Après c'est pas transcendant non plus c'est juste joli et j'avoue que j'ai toujours du mal avec les courts métrages qui racontent rien.

Some of the coolest animation I’ve seen, I loved the use of the Orthodox iconography. I’m obsessed with that kind of art at the moment after watching Andrei Rublev. It’s just something else I love it, all the art has such a unique and interesting style to it. I’m not Christian whatsoever so it’s kind of random. I love Russian culture!
