Isabelle Adjani spielt sich mal wieder die Seele aus dem Leib. Das Setting des ländlichen 80er Frankreichs ist atmosphärisch und die Tonalität spannend gewählt. Trotzdem verliert sich der Film öfter und der harte Impact überträgt sich aufgrund der doch ansonsten blassen Figuren nur teilweise.
Interessant auf alle Fälle, reicht allerdings nicht, um über jede Schwäche hinwegzusehen.
