I would’ve liked this so much more if Depp wasn’t a part of it. In terms of photography, and overall aesthetics, this film is beautifully done. It is a fantasy, of course, but a very beautiful one at that. Maïwenn is amazing as Jeanne. The casting choices were very good (with the exception of you know who). I really enjoyed it.
