very very cool concept and colours , executed poorly. i thought it was leading to a more grounded team up / betrayal sorta story with cover ups, twists and turns, but then it jus became a violent weird shoot it out sorta plot. intro showed much more promise than the result. to open it established our vastly different protagonists who end up pretty much wrong place wrong time. we’re shown possible motives in each person to who needs the money most - a pissed off drug runner, a couple with a baby on the way, a convenience store clerk, a cop, and a rich white dude. VASSTTLYY different people all with possible motives that coulda lead to much better explorations of character dynamics, conflicts, and betrayal but then it jus became :/ if that makes sense. i HEAVILYY mess with the idea tho, coulda been better
