I went into an AMC Scream Unseen thinking I was getting the movie Together with Dave Franco and Alison Brie, but instead, I got this debacle. It’s Get Out meets old people, with Pete Davidson thrown in. Honestly, the final scene, which is literally Daredevil with Pete Davidson holding a hammer and a hatchet, caught my attention. But it took over an hour and a half to get there. This movie is just not good. Deacon from King of Queens is in it, along with the boyfriend from Rookie of the Year, and Pete Davidson does his usual “Pete Davidson face.” Wait for streaming—don’t waste your money.
