In preparation for my viewing of Christmas Eve in Miller’s Point tonight, I’m watching Tyler Taormina’s most recent release Happer’s Comet. This is very “silent” and very lonesome yet also relaxing. This reminds me a lot of my hometown, more-so being up late in my hometown. This has a very lonely feeling to it, but for some reason I liked it! Makes me even more excited for my showing tonight!!

Someone told me if I didn’t like Skinamarink that I should check out Happer’s Comet. Similar in tone, but not horror. Just night time vibes. This makes you wanna put on a night cap, dim the lights, have a sleepy time tea in hand, and enjoy the slow roll of the evening. No matter how corny.
