no but fr this movie is genuine dogshit:
-every friend group should have a pedophile, a cheater, a potential serial killer, a dad, and some bald guy in a carhartt beanie
-none of the dialogue in this movie is natural or realistic, i wouldn’t be surprised if the duffer brothers took inspiration
-one star for rosie because she was the only character with enough decency to whip the other characters into shape
-NO 13 YEAR OLD TALKS LIKE THAT
-i think it’s very safe to assume that the people who idolize this movie also idolize holden cauffield in catcher in the rye and quentin tarantino because the three of these serve as microcosms of the whiny, edgy, pretentious douchebag epidemic among film bros
-this film does have a good message and that is don’t stay in your hometown your whole life or else you will become as insufferable as the characters in this movie
-OF COURSE HARVEY WEINSTEIN WAS BEHIND THIS
-what is it with uma thurman and putting up with movies that characterize her so poorly?
