i don’t even have anything thirsty to say. i’m just sad now.
look i can’t tell you much but, hey, robert redford gives a footjob, talks through journalism and gives pep talks in the most oddly seductive way ever, AND he’s aging in this. to say i had a good time is an understatement. i had a SPLENDID time.
the plot was weaker, i suppose. i did feel a tad bored when robert wasn’t on screen at points but. eh. i can’t complain. it was okay. the ending made me miserable though so a star gets knocked off because of both of these things.
i can’t tell if i was attracted to him or projecting my fatherly issues onto his character here. that’s something i’ll probably rewatch this again to figure out.
kinda 50/50 on the plot. but twas a fantastic thirst watch
