I’m gonna give it some credit, it’s a really fun idea. Inuit the thing. Its premise was awesome and it was super fun. Yes the acting is subpar and the CGI is off, but it was pretty fun to watch. Also, pretty sure 12 year olds just talk like that.

I find myself drawn to movies in exotic places featuring people we don’t typically see in big Hollywood movies. The stunning landscapes and the remote-living indigenous teenage protagonists definitely quench that thirst for me, and it’s always great to see more representation on the screen. But really at the end of the day it’s just a fun and enjoyable watch.
