Most of the reviews are commenting on folks were laughing at the cinema they went to which does suck.

I didn’t hate the movie. I don’t personally connected with “I’m gay and I’m going to lash out at people because they accuse me of that” stories because that’s not my experience, but there’s moments to like. The Tina Turner bits were good. The daughter had a more believable storyline. 

It’s just hard to take it seriously when the main plot hinges on people finding Travis MULTIPLE times in the room putting on dresses and makeup. Like if he was really wanting to hide it, he would’ve been better at hiding it; he didn’t even lock the door. Idk, I’m just hung up on those plot points.

This film has a very distinct London style and the characters bounce off each other in such a realistic human way. The understand that the director has about the topic of the film and the struggles they go through are incredible. The distinct colouring and style is beautiful a very well done
