Weak action, poor storytelling, weird colouring, tedious pacing (I dropped off to sleep twice). This shit-fest felt like some ITV 9pm drama. How is the runtime not too bad but it felt like I was watching it for 3 hours?! Nothing happens until the last 30 minutes.
Only positive I can give is James McAvoy is a great actor but his character was so poorly written, well, so surface level that he was hardly written that not even he could save it. I would like to believe was some effort in creating this film but I wouldn't recommend even if you are bored. Inoffensive at best, painfully forgettable.
