This is Neil Perry and Todd Anderson if they were young German soldiers during WWII, this made me cry my eyes out, haven’t heard anyone really talk about this movie which is upsetting as it is such a good movie, and if I may say, your honour, they were gay.

I usually don’t like these kind of themes in movies but this one managed to get me in other ways.
All the boxing and war training wasn’t my cup of tea even though it’s important to look back on as a German, but the emotional and performance aspects were done especially well. This is not the stuff you’d expect from a german movie about war.
I gotta admit though, I was a little sad they didn’t kiss..
