Fairly standard documentary on how it’s set out. The people they interview vary in terms of how full of themselves they are, or how genuine or performative they seem but plenty of characters non the less.

I feel for an outsider art film to not mention so many cutting edge British artists and collectives and music scenes that pushed things further than punk ever did is a bit odd.
