i loved the symbolism in this film. everything seemed to have a double meaning and i loved how it showed that with the long still shots in one corner of a room and how it made you want to change shots so bad but gave you nothing more. i think ackerman did that to force you into the empty mindset of the main character.
chantal was fantastic in this film and her subtle movements and her tone when approaching this film was perfect

faithful reenactment of that one breakup i had that one time— it truly be like that sometimes (minus the powder sugar and the nakedness).
