The story was so put together and had such a great potencial for it all to be wasted in the ending, the bonding of the two brothers and the mother relationship set a great environment for the film.
Really enjoyed the cinematography and the acting.
The scene where the little kid starts crying at the dining table is unsettling and sets up what is going to come, my favourite scene in the whole movie, really capturing the essence of the older brother.
Would say it is a singaporean/taiwanese “Primal Fear”.
