Smithereens directed by Susan Seidelman is a extremely fun film and almost like the punk version of After Hours. I really loved this film i thought that Susan Berman (Wren) was great and i loved the plot of following her around New York City as she tries to get into a band and along the way she runs into a lot of problems. This film is shot almost like a documentary which adds on to the vibe and makes it feel more real, i loved all the characters in this film but Paul was my favorite due to him always staying for Wren and it adds on to the ending and the overall theme that you shouldn’t think only about yourself.
