en considérant toutes les larmes que j'ai lâché, je pense avoir aimé le film (j'étais inaretable). Eh bah écoutez je déteste toujours Paul Kircher ça change pas, son jeu d'acteur éclaté là, on dirait Billy frère (j'espère qu'il verra jamais cette review). Il était tellement nul que j'ai trouvé Romain Duris super, c'était mon personnage préféré, et comment je chialais dès qu'il ouvrait la bouche putaing 😓. Adèle sert pas trop donc bon, mais après c'était tourné relation père/fils donc voilà. La gen Z ça suffit, fous rires, sauf le mec chevalier lui je l'aime trop. Les costumes, les maquillages, parfaits voir trop parfaits. Je me chiais dessus c'était horrible comment j'avais peurrrrr. Ils ont mis le budget et ça marche de fou. J'ai vraiment kiffé les musiques aussi (j'en pleure encore). Bref le film a des qualités et des défauts. Mais en vrai il a beaucoup plus de qualités, et j'ai vraiment beaucoup beaucoup aimé le film. Genre là je veux aller le revoir. Malgré les deux acteurs. Je suis #deprimée. Philosophique aussi, le prof de l'année dernière il aurait trop aimé, homme conscience ≠ animaux inconscient (#remiseenquestion)

The plot of this movie has so much potential, I’m just disappointed he didn't even turn into his full transformation after going through so much.

And not to mention, the bird is the only one highlighted in the whole ass human-hybrid society.

Wait, this is just French Jacob Black when he was a child lmao. Anyways, I loved the pacing of the film, it's definitely something I'd rather watch as it's slower and dramatic; Especially when the film is more drama-focused than fantasy-focused, the slow pacing complements really well with it. I can tell alot of it was practical effects with some cgi which I liked. The make-up was done quite well, loved how it looked on the creatures. I wish the ending was a little different, it makes sense for what the main character has been through but it doesn't align with the father's intentions in what he wants to see the world as. I was so fucking desperate for the main character's full transformation, I NEVER GOT TO SEE IT, I hated that so much because the whole film anticipated on it so I expected to actually see it. I love the drama and atmosphere though, it's authentic and visually stunning. The characters were okay, it throwed me off that everyone didn't seem to care that the main character was a "weird kid" even though it was obvious that he was a transforming to a creature. That scene where that bird-human started to fly was so heartwarming to see, it's like the song "I'm like a bird, I'll only fly away". The Animal Kingdom is an emotional, loving, stunning film that'll make people want to evolve to birds
