I think the angels may actually be angels in full throttle because they break the laws of gravity in almost every action scene.
Full throttle is a even better sequel to the classic Charlie's angels. Lucy, Drew snd Cameron are all back and as cool and sexy as always. This this it even it's a better class with Demi Moore joining the cast is a pretty badass way. Bernie Mac is pretty funny too.
The story is just as silly and simplistic as the first serving as an excuse for the angels to do their thing. I'm not complaining what they do is awesome and just so fun. But if you want more of a story and sensesble action scenes yeah its probably not for you.
The action goes very cartoony here. I mean gravity becomes a suggestion. The first fight between our angels snd the villian is just great with some campy one liners too make it better.
The characters are still enjoyable and interesting. Dylan takes more center stage especially with her past coming back to haunt her. Alex has pretty funny moments with John Cleese. The thin man is also back and given a interesting backstory snd role.
Is full throttle a 4.5. Probably not but it's my 4.5 and I stand by it. It's fun, sexy, cool and a blast all the way through.
