This movie surprised me because the beginning already pulled me in, you can instantly feel Matt’s pain and his drive to avenge his father. Ben Affleck’s Matt had that lonely, tortured hero vibe that fits Daredevil so well. Elektra was honestly one of my favorite parts; she was cool, fierce, and perfectly matched with Matt, so her death genuinely hurt. Meanwhile, Bullseye spent the entire movie testing my patience like sir PLEASE sit down for one second. The priest scenes, though, gave the story a deeper layer about faith, guilt, and hope, which I really appreciated. The movie may be dramatic and chaotic at times, but that early 2000s superhero energy somehow makes it even more memorable.
