Also, while researching the whole Tokyo GAGAGA movement, i've stumbled upon Sion Sono's Early Life in Wikipedia. And Holy fucking shit does he has some crazy lore💀💀 Like fym

Okay enough with Sono's lore, i think Tokyo GAGAGA really paints a perfect picture of who Sono is as an artist & filmmaker, not only through the film itself but also through the actual movement behind it. The Tokyo GAGAGA movement shows his tendency to reject conventional rules, both in cinema and in society itself, and his interest in turning art into a form of collective expression and social intervention.
