What if you were psychosexually obsessed with your co-worker who barely talks to you but is generally polite and you kill people for him (and partly for yourself, to see justice being taken) because he's the only thing in the world you view as being worth anything. What if you hated yourself and the way your life turned out so you try to fix a guy's life as much as you can because he's not beyond saving, yet. What if you were just winging it because you never planned for any of this to happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Truth be told, I get really stressed out with every rewatch (the suspense is excellent, the dread starts off strong from the very beginning of the film, only building as it goes on.) so it isn't something I can do as frequently as I might like, Considering the adoration I feel for this- and of course my dearest Benson (no last name). [seen this first at 21 and I'm 23 now 🚬 oh how the time flies...] It's so spectacular how you can watch something once and it just becomes a part of you, even if someday, I end up not caring for the movie anymore- I'll still hold it dear to my heart for what it meant to me. Damn, I must've noticed this on previous watches but the similarities in trauma that Benson and Randy share, and the ways in which their pain differentiates is so heartbreaking!!!!
