Alma lives a humble and secluded life behind the walls of a contemporary Catholic convent in Denmark. As she prepares for her perpetual vows as a nun, her older brother Erik unexpectedly shows up. "you be good. i love you"

ultimately devastating. i think it draws insanely interesting parallels between humans and parrots and how we are closer to one another in ways many could never imagine, and yet we as humans disregard this in search of something we perceive as greater. this was a really cool watch as someone who adores space and unknowingness about it.
