ngl i came in with absolutely no expectations and left amazed. it’s one of those stories you dont really see in Moroccan cinema, one where gay characters aren’t villainized at least. their performances were great, I really like Lubna, she’s genuinely up there as one of my favorite actresses, but the accent tickles my brain in the wrong way like it’s hard to believe we don’t have enough Moroccan actors for roles like these, the actor who plays Halim too idk thats my only complaint..
Anyway, i love the story, and the ending got me tearing up, he truly loved her, ughh!
Maryam Touzani again with another favorite.
