A long and beautiful movie, with lengthy shots of mountains, people, gardens and fields, a movie that has one of the strongest and fitting ending scenes of all time and a movie, that can still entertain, amaze and make the viewer feel like life has goals and meaning.

And with that I have finished the longest film from Kubrick's Filmography he has one of the best film runs of any director.

As for this film it’s one of the largest in scale that Stanley Kubrick has done. I wasn’t as emotionally invested as I’d hoped but the real star is the filmmaking on display it makes the experience worthwhile.
This isn’t one of my favorite Kubrick films but it’s still a solid work from him . This was a good film from a great director.
