Finally got around to seeing this and it did not disappoint. Incredible debut for Charlotte Wells, some truly amazing shots in this. The cast gave really good performances all around. But Paul Mescal was great, he was so good at portraying this deep sadness in his expressions even when he was smiling or laughing. He played every scene with so much depth to it. He set the tone for the whole movie where you’re engaged in the story but can’t help but feel that looming sadness that’s deep within the entire vacation.
