If I lived in this horrible supernatural cyberpunk future, I'd probably say "fuck" a lot too. Some call Cyber City Oedo 808 too edgy because of how vulgar the language is, but I personally love how over-hardboiled this is. Emphasizes the style-over-substance that cyberpunk can thrive on and boy is this stylish, so its no surprise that Yoshiaki Kawajiri, director of Ninja Scroll and Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust is responsible for this. It's so stylish that, despite the three stories including ghosts, psychics, and vampires, it's still cyberpunk as hell and each story gets better than the last.
