i don't know why you guys were expecting groundbreaking social commentary from something based off the archie comics 😭 anyway this was fun and cute. a light-hearted watch. i had a good time :D and, hiram lodge? kinda need that.

the archie comics were a huge part of my childhood and this film is my favourite adaptation of it yet; they kept the authenticity of the comic books yet added a story that matters to it. the characters were integral here and they did them justice.
would love to watch a multi-season series of this, although i know that that’d be impossible xx
