this was too triggering i was suffering. it’s like their doing the motions of art school all wrong and there were way too many side quests going on.
this was clearly written by someone who hated art school(pratt) and wanted everyone to know just how terrible it could be. parts of it reminded me of art school but it’s all the bad parts exaggerated into anxiety inducing scenarios with the worst people possible. the characters were more like caricatures of cliche stereotypes people had of art students back before the hipster tumblr instagram era. sort of felt like they were still in a high school setting. there’s also not as much blatant sexual harassment so that was a bit disturbing. just to know that it could have been that bad in the past is unwanted information, and making this about a boy’s fixation on a nude model is just distasteful. maybe if the main character wasn’t such an entitled little bitch, i would have had a better time. or maybe boys at art school were really like that and i was oblivious. like im all for making fun of art school but there were better things to satirize, and this wasnt even funny. just annoying.
i was kinda irritated so i stopped paying attention towards the end. there should be a trigger warning to all past and present art school kids to only watch this if they hated themselves and had no friends.
