Eat the Document is a document. Ary. More specifically, it chronicles a tour Bob Dylan once did with the Hawks, who were the Band before they were the Band. There are some faces in there that you wouldn’t necessarily expect, either, like John Lennon and Johnny Cash. It was cool to see the wheel produce another Bob Dylan/The Band collab, because I like their music. However, it wasn’t as good as The Last Waltz. 7/10
