It’s a shame that this never got a theatrical release in the states. While bloated with excess, a movie this wild and fun with a top notch cast would have been really fun to enjoy with a crowd. Rosie is a gem, Javier will forever haunt your aunt’s wet dreams, and seeing James uses anything other than an Italian American accent is always jarring. Shout out Screamin’ Jay Hawkins. All accolades aside, this feels really slapped together and unfocused.
