i knew i was gonna enjoy this film as i've enjoyed other films by Billy Wilder... the humour and dynamics are outdated and it has lots of old fashioned negative remarks and portrayals (esp of women. a common theme in majority of old films unfortunately) but i still enjoyed everything bar all of that. its an overall brilliant film for its time!! a funny old film, just felt so classic! 

and ofc i watched it in my
media history class 😛
