Bloodletting is basically Heathers for the most irritating bunch of 90s Tarantino fans. That’s a bit harsh- I actually liked this, but it’s definitely obnoxious. It’s intentionally self-aware in that very 90s meta horror way. Sometimes the hammy acting and edgy dialogue pushes its luck a little too far. The filmmaking and script are really good for what they are though and I think fans of independent films might enjoy this. It’s admirable work.
