It’s all so grotesque and gnarly which I do appreciate. I don’t think this is nearly as bad as people act like it is
Literally why would you take Hellboy to a spot where actual giants are at to ambush him. Either set up a fake area or let him be weakened by the giants or something that makes literally no sense. I also have no idea how that gross pig dude was able to attack all these churches and no one noticed until the very last one
The lighting in this movie is so bad I feel like half the scenes I could barely see anything. I think character writing is pretty bad he’s just so stupid and makes dumb jokes sometimes that’s it. There are some moments where the CGI looks awful too but there also some real cool moments too
