The movie really manages to keep you interested during the entirety of it. The acting is AMAZING. The main character has depth and carries the whole movie.
And as you start thinking that there isn’t gonna be anything unexpected revealed, and she is just suffering from ptsd(?), guilt and overall grief after the death of her girlfriend (wife?) and it starts feeling like this was a really good drama and not a thriller, the last 4 minutes of the movie bring a reveal that only becomes known to us through dialogue that we hear. And the movie makes itself better and simultaneously sadder because absolutely no one believed someone labelled mentally ill, let alone a “hysterical insane” woman.
It still wasn’t the descent into paranoia that would make you doubt what’s real and what isn’t that I was hoping for, but it was worth watching.
