The soundtrack still goes hard even 2 years later.
In early 2023, I watched the first 12 episodes of this series and then never finished it. Having finished the series now, I wish I never did because the first half of the season is one of the most inventive and batshit crazy escalations ever and after that it just… falls and falls until it whimpers out. But godDAMN the basic premise is so cool and even when the series becomes predictable and boring, the animation is still off the charts especially in one scene in an otherwise generic finale.

I LOVE THIS, IT'S PERFECT, NOTHING IS LACKING.
I forgot what it's called, time loop maybe? It tells the story of MC who returns to his hometown because he went on a pilgrimage because his friend had died. He realizes that his friend's body is a little strange and starts to investigate. It turns out that there are folk tales about "shadows" (or maybe spirits) so the shadows kill someone and take their body as a place and actually mimic the same traits but they target people to kill and inhabit other people's bodies. MC was killed so many times that he even had the power to repeat at the same time but on the same day. Interesting, isn't it? Watch it, guaranteed you won't be disappointed
