I loved Asterix and Obelix as a kid and have probably read all the books 5 times each. This series made me feel like that kid reading those books all over again.
Amazing animation. I loved the mix of different mediums and styles and think they were masterfully used in a way that they didn’t become less impactful due to overuse.
It felt weird watching Asterix have a British accent so I watched it in French and I would highly recommend it. The entire French voice cast did an amazing job.

je comprend pas pourquoi ça a pas été monté en film au vu des 15 minutes de générique à chaque épisode ? Vilain choix. Astérix est un odieux ami et le star talent est étouffant. Pas assez de forcing sur la droite svp, encore plus de pressing c'est trop timide là. 3 étoiles pour le forgeron
