what i will say is YES disney did make this. some of you guys love to glorify the sex pistols as the epitome of punk. y'all are acting like vivienne westwood and the sex pistols didn't completely sell out. johnny rotten's a fucking trump supporter and vivienne commercialized the aesthetic of punk.

i thought it was actually really good and did in fact capture that they were just kids. yes, they were pretentious dickheads! they were all fucking 20.

all to say, don't knock it just because it was made by a massive corporation that doesn't give a fuck about the working class. the sex pistols and westwood didn't either once they made it big.
