—1st season
the first episodes and the final scene of this season made me love it a lot
but all those episodes in which akira wanted to clarify things with his ex teacher were a bit boring and repetitive..
asuka with his bright-coloured belts carried.
—2nd season
this all felt like an ETERNAL loop, and that started stressing me out.
the "i loved you for 10 years, since i was little" trope was copy pasted into asuka and shun's relationship, i hated it. i liked them tho. their story was great (even if it still looked really similiar to the lead's: younger-older, emotionally detached older, younger madly in love with the older one..)
and then shin's memory loss was such a cliché, i was so disappointed.
it felt as if they had to manage to make it to the 12th episode and so they came up with this silly idea in a rush.
the dynamic actually felt fresh to me because it all took place in a coin laundry, but then in this season we don't see people coming there anymore!
such a waste.
we see shin's brother just one time in the first season and this guy apparently doesn't even have parents? i don't understand.
there were so many poorly exploited characters that could've helped the always-happens-the-same-things plot.

S1: ik the problem is their age gap and many people not comfortable about that. But beyond that i really love the (summer) vibes, characters, ost and actors toooo.
S2: Shin is already legal so i think it's not a problem anymore. But the minus is not enough laundry scene. even so I still love it. The vibes haven't changed, more better characters, relationships, ost that really good in every season, and the actors too.
This series is my comfort area and I'll never forget and regret it. Minasho have a different vibes than others. Minasho also makes me more alive than ever. And i dont care what other people say about it, I just will life for this and I will love it forever.
