I never give 5/5 on films, but this film was a fuckin masterpiece. Anne Frank has been my idol since I was 8 years old, in the third grade, and this changed my brain chemistry like never before. The cast is so well versed in the Frank family and portrays the real essence of the horrors of the Holocaust accurately, and is a paragon of cinematic transferring the painful and real details of the diary. I have read the diary about five times, and I was shocked to see how accurate it was.
