The story of this series is so fuckin good.
I liked it a lot BUT:

- I’ve always had attention problems with foreign languages film. That little pet peeve probably shuts me off from many masterpieces that just feel too large to embark on, and it’s just me being a racist teenage American but yk
- the foreign language thing isn’t that much of a problem - but my dad picked this show out specifically because he wanted to watch it and proceeded to sleep through nearly half of it. Soured my experience
