watched it mainly for michael sheen, who was brilliant as always. so was ruth wilson. after watching the real interview, i think they absolutely nailed it. i loved the crownification and the narration, didn't love the overempathy with each character. no one is going to feel sorry for beatrice, let’s be honest. three hours, though? felt a bit much. or maybe i'm saying that because i can't stop watching this when i have so much work.
