i'm so saddened by the fact that there were so many useless things surrounding this amazing pair of actors (for example the side couple... i did not care about them at all). i loved Jiang Shaopeng and Yang Zixiang's chemistry so much i wish i could give a higher rating to the bl as a whole, but i can't. the first 9 episodes are soo overly dramatic and stupid. their story, though, was very cute and heartwarming, and their most intimate scenes are some of the best i've ever seen—even the way they held their hands, those cute and awkward looks of an innocent real first love... oh my god. they really know how to act well.. maybe they weren't acting after all.. that shit was too real.
i'm not joking, Kim Yun's acting left me speechless—when he fell deeply in love with Zixiang my heart was beating out of my chest. (shout out to episodes 10 and 11, i will never forget them)
