Swedish aid planes not allowed to land because they didn't ask for it.. Dutch levee reconstruction experts to fix the water problem and rescue teams being sent away. Thailand, having only one year earlier suffered through that massive tsunami, offered doctors and nurses. Italy's shipments of medical supplies were left to spoil in the elements for weeks until they were destroyed without ever being used- And of course Mexico always ready to rescue people.. Help from 100+ countries, they did not want it. Luckily they didn't listen and still went in to help people without them knowing until later but what the fuck is wrong with them.
