Mixed messages coming out of this documentary, overall I think the biggest loser was a net negative and I'm glad my parents didn't let me watch exploitative reality TV as a kid, I'm also glad some people got some positives out of the whole thing and it wasn't all horrendous for everyone, tho I could never.

The one thing I can say for CERTAIN after watching this tho is Bob harper reaffirms my strong conviction that there is no one more evil in this world than a white cis twink.. he makes my blood boil
