this version of anne of green gables is so nostalgic and just feel so comforting, especially rewatching it in autumn. its the perfect version of anne and gilbert and why is gilbert just sooo dreamy in this light and lens. the colouring is so beautiful and old and lovely and so like the original books. it really ignites my childhood to when i used to read this under a tree at school with my best friend. truly wonderful.
