i’m not even going to pretend i understood most of what was happening here, but i still had a great time with it. the whole thing moves at such a chaotic pace that i constantly felt like i was trying to catch up with the show. every episode throws something new at you and i mostly just accepted that i was along for the ride rather than trying to fully figure it out. what really pulled me in was the animation. it’s so energetic and experimental, constantly shifting styles and pulling off these insane visual gags that kept surprising me. i loved how loose and expressive everything felt, like the show could suddenly become anything it wanted. the soundtrack is also incredible. the pillows absolutely carry so many moments, and their songs give the show this rush of emotion and momentum even when i had no idea what the story was doing. i left it feeling a little confused but also really impressed. it’s totally unique, and i’m glad i experienced it.
