Otaro Dojima, a top host at "Narcissus," is trapped in a time loop after being killed by a mysterious woman with a kiss. Each time he relives the past week, he tries to win over heiress Misato while uncovering the true identity and motives of the woman who kills with a kiss.

Otaro learns from Harumi about the time loop and seeks to learn about the "kiss-killing woman" while dealing with his troubled past and pursuing Misato, who seems to be in a very close relationship with his step-brother, Takauji.

Otaro decides to use Saiko's ability to his advantage. He learns that Takauji may be hiding secrets about the sinking accident from 12 years ago.

Otaro proposes a "kiss contract" with Saiko and intervenes in Takauji's plans to marry Misato. Meanwhile, Saiko has to face her own tragedy.

Otaro faces new challenges as Misato's father passes away and a crisis involving his mother arises.

Despite attempts to change events, Hasebe's death remains inevitable, leaving Otaro grappling with guilt and doubts.

Saiko ponders the meaning behind her survival 12 years ago and decides to put into action a risky plan for Otaro.

Otaro decides to move forward with marriage plans, but faces turmoil as Hasebe is murdered in the hospital.

Encouraged by Saiko's words, Otaro resolves to mend his broken family ties. Meanwhile, Takauji suspects Saiko of having predictive abilities and kidnaps her, leading to a tense confrontation.

Otaro is devastated after the lethal confrontation at Mikoto's wedding. Determined to honor Saiko's wish, Otaro vows to find happiness.
