i can’t help but write a review about this. i had never watched a k-drama before, so this was my first experience, and it was incredible. i really enjoyed following the relationship between the main characters and going through all those emotions with them. but DAMN, the ending was so SAD. and looking at the whole k-drama, there is more pain and death than love. every episode had something tragic in it. it's a cruel story set in difficult times, and that reality is shown very clearly. war changes people, and i understand that better than anyone.
don't even want to talk about how long this k-drama felt to me, even though it only has one season. but i'm not complaining - it was worth it.
oh and also, it was SO beautiful
